

The Solution
The solution was to craft a colorful and engaging campaign that spotlighted the unique aspects of Happy Feet Planet, including the space theme, the distinct visual language of the brand, and - of course- the mascot Waddles the Duck!.
Content included creative motion graphic ads, colorful infographics for parents, professional images of Happy Feet Planet’s playground, and fun promotional posters spotlighting events and deals.
The Challenge
Opening a new business is always challenging, especially an indoor children’s amusement park.
I had the opportunity to work with Happy Feet Planet a few months prior to their grand opening date in Apex, North Carolina. The goal was to build out their social media presence completely from scratch.
Our three main challenges were:
Creating brand awareness online among parents, specifically moms. Brand awareness is crucial to building recognition, word-of-mouth, and trust, especially for a business aimed at children.
Balancing the fun and safety aspects of the park.
Standing out in a crowded marketplace against more established children’s playgrounds, including national chains.
